TERMS OF SALE
1. Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at one advance over the next highest bid. Any non-standard bids will be reduced to the next lowest standard bid. In case of a tie lots will be sold to the bid with the earliest postmark. Telephone bids will be recorded with the date and time of the call.
2. A minimum bid is shown for each lot in the sale. Bids below the minimum will NOT be accepted. If there are two identical lots in the sale, OR bids will be accepted. Bidder may specify a maximum total bidding limit. In that case successful bids will be accepted up to the limit in the order in which the lots are listed on the bid sheet.
3. Bidders will be notified of their successful bids and lots will be shipped when payment is received.
4. All lots are sold as genuine. A purchaser who believes a lot is misdescribed or is not genuine may return the lot for a full refund within one week after it is received.
5. No buyer’s commission will be charged. Shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser.
6. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of these terms. Bids and correspondence concerning this sale should be sent to the address shown below.
