The Stamps of Panama 1878-2010: Vital Statistics by Federico Brid (2014). The 2008 first edition was titled “The Stamps of Panama 1878-2007: Vital Statistics” Over 140 new entries and changes have been made to the regular, air mail, back of the book and postal rate sections. The book is 150 pages and is comb bound. The first edition was been out of print, but a new license agreement was obtained from Amos Press so this new edition again uses the numbering system of the Scott catalog. The prices are postpaid.

The late Jim Cross’ landmark work, The Handbook of Postal Markings through 1980, 2nd Edition, is back in print. This is an essential reference for Panama postal history. It contains 320 pages with 2,239 markings giving dates of use; over 1,000 listings are town markings and almost 400 are registration markings. The prices are postpaid.
